the title comes from having a cold hands fight with a girlfriend. If you've ever had a girlfriend or boyfriend with cold hands you know what i'm talking about.
i overdubbed the vocals at home. I had this box inside a box inside a box inside a box with layers of bubble-wrap inbetween each box and a hole in the front for a microphone. It was kind of a DIY vocal booth that you wear on your head. Most of the vocals on our songs are done with that thing on my head. Anyway, i'd had a bad cold some time previously and after screaming my little head off for two minutes inside the box i coughed so hard and so long that i threw up. Fortunately i had the presence of mind to cup my hands. Unfortunately i was still in the studio with the door shut. I remember trying to open the door with my elbows while sinewy vomit leaked out from between my fingers. Why are you sill reading this? You god-damn GHOUL.
